However, being SECULAR (Non-Christian) textbooks, their presentation of "historical/origins" science presents an atheistic, macroevolutionary worldview. This is actually good, since it allows our students the opportunity to exercise logikos, critical thinking while evaluating the evidence for a macroevolutionary vs. a creation worldview of life origins. To facilitate this critical thinking, we integrate research from world renowned scientists that are also courageously biblical, Christian/Creationists standing against censorship and peer-pressure persecution to speak the truth about our Creator and His Good Shepherd character.  They include:

So, relax and don't worry, because we will start slowly and give you plenty of time the first week to get things together and your mind settled :-)
* Also, since many students do not have iPads yet, we will be using mostly paper copies of documents the first couple of weeks.

2. It's ALSO wise to Download notes and guides to your iPad and your home PC.
- You can also print them into paper copies at HOME if that helps.

READ through
them thoroughly a couple of times.
* To find answers to a specific term/concept/diagram:
- Open on your iPad or computer the CHAPTER NOTES for that unit.

STUDENTS, the two main languages of science are LOGIC & MATH.
Science is the study of the physical world, using logic and mathematics.
The LAWS of logic, math, and science are not something we created.
They were built into the universe and we merely discovered them.
They are non-physical realities that exist independent of the physical world.
These non-physical LAWS came from a non-physical LAW-MAKER, GOD.
They are non-physical information from the intelligence of God that guide the formation and function of all physical interactions of both living and non-living things in CREATION.
Remember that the Bible calls JESUS, the LOGOS, who created all things. The term LOGOS means logical information, INFO. It is often translated as WORD. God's Word spoke into existence all things, and is guiding all things to the end of history (His-story).
Since He is the LAW-MAKER, the JUDGE, the END of history will be JUDGMENT. GOOD NEWS, CHRIST our Logos Creator is a perfectly GOOD SHEPHERD who loves you and did all that is necessary for the sins that separate you from Him to be forgiven and transformed into His image and character.
- He LIVED the perfect life of unselfish love that you cannot live.
- He DIED on the cross to pay the penalty for our sin which is separation from God the Father of Life.
- He ROSE from death to prove who He is, the I AM (YHWH) Creator, the author and designer of life eternal.
Only by accepting what He did for you and submitting to Him as your LORD, BOSS, can you be worthy to enter into His pure and perfect Kingdom to come, the New Heavens and New Earth. You cannot make yourself good ENOUGH, no matter how hard you try. Only Christ the Good Shepherd Creator can make you a NEW CREATION with His CHARACTER/IMAGE.

 BASE UNITS -- the Metric Math includes: the common SI base units of length (meter), mass (kilogram), volume (liter), time (second), temperature (kelvin).
 PREFIXES/AMOUNTS -- the Metric Math will also include: the prefixes and their abbreviations and what amounts they represent such as kilo = k = (1,000), hecto = h = (100), deka = da or dk = 10, deci = d = .1, centi = c = .01, milli = m = .001
​ CONVERSIONS -- you will also be expected to work a few conversions similar to the ones we will be learning in class this week.
